SVF Prostate Cancer Referral

The CDS SVF Prostate Cancer Referral Application is designed to support physicians at the point of care with identifying patients that have an increased risk of prostate cancer and who should be referred to specialist care. If the patient has an increased risk of prostate cancer according to the Swedish national guidelines for management of prostate cancer, the application will assist the physician in referring the patient to a medical specialist by generating a referral note containing all of the information required by the receiver to make an informed assessment. The CDS application uses both structured data available in the local EHR and information provided by the user inside to generate an assessment based in accordance with the national clinical guidelines.
